CAIRO, Ill. -- Flora Bellamy, 83, of Olmsted, Ill., formerly of Cairo, died at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1993, at the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo.
