Fern Louise Bollinger, 88, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001, at Jackson Manor in Jackson, Mo.
She was born May 21, 1912, in Detroit, Ill., daughter of Warren A. and Eva Olga Norton Dinsmore. She married O.L. "Ikey" Bollinger, who died in 1959.
Bollinger owned and operated Crescent Cleaners a number of years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Business and Professional Women's Club and West Side Senior Citizens.
Survivors include a son, Richard Bollinger of Lower Lake, Calif.; a daughter, Gloria Payne of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, five sisters and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Anselm Williams officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
