MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Faye Etta Giddens, 60, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2005, at her home.
She was born April 13, 1945, at Bessville, Mo., daughter of Marion Washington and Loretta Lodema Barks Angel. She and Donald Giddens were married May 23, 1970, in St. Louis. He died Sept. 26, 2000.
Giddens had been a personal care aide at Dianna's Boarding Home. She attended Lutesville General Baptist Church.
Survivors include two stepsons, James Giddens of Sikeston, Mo., Donald Giddens of St. Louis; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth Giddens of Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister, Phyllis James of Marble Hill; four brothers, Charles, Tim and Tom Angel of Marble Hill, John Angel of Scopus, Mo.; and three stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Friends may call at Hutchings Funeral Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Revs. Dianna Cook and Jimmy Fulbright officiating. Burial will be in Hurricane Fork Cemetery.
