EAST PRAIRIE -- Ezra Lee "Buster" Tatum, 77, of East Prairie died Thursday, May 29, 1997, at East Prairie Nursing Center. He was born April 22, 1920, in Mississippi County, son of John and May Sams Morgan Tatum. Tatum was a retired farmer. Survivors include three brothers, James Tatum of Anniston, J.C. Tatum of Wyatt, Charles Tatum of East Prairie; and a sister, Melodye Sykes of Cuba...

EAST PRAIRIE -- Ezra Lee "Buster" Tatum, 77, of East Prairie died Thursday, May 29, 1997, at East Prairie Nursing Center.

He was born April 22, 1920, in Mississippi County, son of John and May Sams Morgan Tatum.

Tatum was a retired farmer.

Survivors include three brothers, James Tatum of Anniston, J.C. Tatum of Wyatt, Charles Tatum of East Prairie; and a sister, Melodye Sykes of Cuba.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 10 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
