DEERING -- Everett Wayne Simmons, 77, of St. Louis died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1999, at his home. He was born May 3, 1922, at Deering, son of Everett C. and Lora Frailey Simmons. He and Mary L. Warren were married Dec. 25, 1946. She died Jan. 10, 1992. Simmons lived in St. Louis most of his life. He was retired from Affiliated Hospital Products in St. Louis...

DEERING -- Everett Wayne Simmons, 77, of St. Louis died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1999, at his home.

He was born May 3, 1922, at Deering, son of Everett C. and Lora Frailey Simmons. He and Mary L. Warren were married Dec. 25, 1946. She died Jan. 10, 1992.

Simmons lived in St. Louis most of his life. He was retired from Affiliated Hospital Products in St. Louis.

Survivors include three sons, David Simmons of Fredericktown, Mark and Timothy Simmons of St. Louis; a daughter, Linda D'Anthony of St. Louis; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by two children and two brothers.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter after 10 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Greg Hill will officiate. Burial will be in Triplett Cemetery near Dexter.
