PATTON, Mo. Everett O. Yount, 76, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Patton, Mo., died Monday, May 24, 1993, at the family home.
He was born March 13, 1917, at Yount, Mo., son of Albert and Myrtle Conrad Yount.
He was married to Olive Barber, Feb. 11, 1939.
Yount was a retired machinist from the Liberty Machine Company in St. Louis. He was a member of the Patton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Robert Yount of Sedgewickville; two daughters, Sue Yamnitz of Patton, Mo., Paula Brazzle of Springfield, Mo.; four sisters, Mildred Fisher of Collinsville, Ill., Kathryn Ochs of Perryville; Alice Stark of Perryville; Ruth Smith of Camdenton, Mo.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Mo.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Mo., with the Rev. W.D. Snyder officiating.
Burial will follow in the Patton Cemetery.
