ULLIN, Ill. -- Evelyn Jordan, 62, of Savannah, Tenn., formerly of Ullin, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 1992, at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
She was born Nov. 22, 1930, near Ullin, daughter of Elmer and Ruth Calvin Daniels. She married J.C. "Tiny" Jordan.
Jordan was a member of Mt. Calvary Church in Olive Hill, Tenn.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Kay Blanchard of Olmsted, Phyllis Thomas of Milburn, Ky.; two sons, Donald Lynn Jr. of Anna, Michael Lynn of St. Louis; a brother, Charles "Shorty" Jordan of Eldorado; a sister, Florence Fitzsimmons of Eldorado, and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Funeral Chapel in Villa Ridge. The Reb. Robert Stubblefield will officiate, with entombment in the mausoleum at Liberty Cemetery near Pulaski.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Monday.
