EVA RICHARD

ASHERVILLE -- Eva Richard, 89, of the Asherville area died Thursday, June 3, 1999, at the Puxico Center in Puxico.

She was born March 9, 1910, at Rombauer, daughter of Charlie and Annie Kesterson Duren. She and John W. Richard were married Dec. 2, 1933. He died April 10, 1995.

Richard lived in the Asherville area most of her life. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Church near Puxico.

Survivors include three sons, Bill Richard of Puxico, Jerry Richard of Wappapello, Gary Richard of Poplar Bluff; three grandsons; three stepgrandsons; and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico after 6 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Rowland Duckett will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Puxico.
