EVA M. EDWARDS

BLOOMFIELD -- Funeral service for Eva M. Edwards of Bloomfield will be held at 2 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home. The Rev. Bob Holland will officiate, with burial in Bloomfield Cemetery.

Edwards, 86, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 17, 1909, in Bloomfield, daughter of Charles and Luetta Mayberry Sessions. She married Elmer Edwards, who preceded her in death.

Edwards was a member of Walker General Baptist Church near Bloomfield.

Survivors include three sisters, Mary Lambert, Ida Walker and Emma Stoddard, all of Flint, Mich.; three grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son.
