EUNICE RUDD

SIKESTON -- Eunice T. Rudd, 86, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born April 25, 1912, in Sikeston, daughter of Frank and Maggie Whalen Tidwell. She and James Ural Chewning were married May 23, 1931, in Sikeston. He died Sept. 28, 1962. She and Forest Rudd were married Feb. 5, 1966, in Cape Girardeau. He died May 12, 1983...

SIKESTON -- Eunice T. Rudd, 86, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born April 25, 1912, in Sikeston, daughter of Frank and Maggie Whalen Tidwell. She and James Ural Chewning were married May 23, 1931, in Sikeston. He died Sept. 28, 1962. She and Forest Rudd were married Feb. 5, 1966, in Cape Girardeau. He died May 12, 1983.

Rudd was an inspector 32 years at International Shoe Co. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Elvis and J.C. Tidwell of Sikeston, and a sister, Eva Strayhorn of Nixa.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Friday.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rick Lasley officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
