EUNICE BRITT

SIKESTON -- Eunice Patricia "Patty" Britt, 46, of Sikeston died Saturday, April 13, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston following an extended illness.

She was born Oct. 26, 1949, in Oran to Louella Goodwin Dowdy and the late James Thomas Dowdy.

She married Wendell D. Britt on July 8, 1966. He survives.

Other survivors in addition to her mother, include three brothers, Jimmy and Gary Dowdy of Sikeston and Kenny Dowdy of East Prairie; and a sister, Ruby George of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and four brothers.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie today after 3 p.m.

Funeral service will be at the funeral home Monday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Jeff Arthur officiating.

Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
