EULENE MARCHBANKS

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Funeral for Eulene D. Marchbanks of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Pat Hogan and Johnny Hester will officiate. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Marchbanks, 80, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 8, 1921, in Brilliant, Ala., daughter of George and Mary Estes Dodd. She and R.C. Marchbanks were married Feb. 8, 1936, in Sikeston. He died Aug. 21, 1998.

Marchbanks was a volunteer at Missouri Delta Medical Center many years, and was a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ.

Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Sue Moore of Sikeston; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters.
