Etholene Underwood, 86, of Fulton, Ky., died Saturday, March 27, 2004, at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton.
She was born March 14, 1918, at Golden Pond, Ky., daughter of Robert and Louise Nunn Luton.
Underwood was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School in Paducah, Ky., and attended Draughon's Business College.
She was formerly of Cape Girardeau and was a former caterer and restaurant manager. She was a member of the Bayou de Chine Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Water Valley, Ky., and VFW Auxiliary in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Hobson of Phoenix, Ariz., Ray Ham of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Rita Mitchell of Fulton; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
The funeral was held Monday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, with the Rev. Danny Potts officiating. Burial was in Long Creek Cemetery at Devils Elbow, Ky.
