ETHEL FRIEDRICH

BELL CITY -- Funeral service for Ethel Friedrich of Bell City will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. Ina Allen will officiate, with burial in Williams Cemetery at Perkins.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Friedrich, 77, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 1993, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 24, 1916, at Randles, daughter of Hardy and Rhoda Barker. She and Adolph "Ed" Friedrich were married Dec. 6, 1934. He died Feb. 7, 1988.

Friedrich was a member of New Life Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of Bell City.

Survivors include seven sons, Weldon Friedrich of Ellenboro, Wis., Carl Friedrich of Fenton, Wayne Friedrich of Tacoma, Wash., Ivan Friedrich of Menomonie, Wis., Leon Friedrich of Waukegan, Ill., Larry Friedrich of Waupun, Wis., Gary Friedrich of Kenosha, Wis.; a daughter, Mary Schnitzler of Elizabeth, Ill.; four brothers, Clyde Barker of St. Louis, Elvis Barker of Doniphan, Buddy Barker of Berkeley, Sonny Barker of Lonedell; two sisters, Evelene Nesbit of Doniphan, Gladys Fann of Walnut Ridge; 30 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and grandson.
