Leonard, 94, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at Scenic View Nursing Home in Herculaneum.

She was born June 10, 1905, in Perry County, daughter of Thomas I. and Alice F. Deck Blaylock. She and William N. Leonard were married Nov. 6, 1926. He died May 31,1991.
Leonard was formerly of Perryville. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Crystal City.
Survivors include a daughter, Alta Chapman of Crystal City; two sons, Jack Leonard of St. Louis, Clyde Leonard of Lake of the Ozarks; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
