Estelle Muller, 87, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, July 6, 2003, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center.
She was born March 15, 1916, in St. Louis, daughter of Samuel and Ida Cartun Shear. She and Irving Muller were married Nov. 10, 1935, in St. Louis. He died Jan. 19, 1996.
Muller and her husband owned and operated Family Budget Store in St. Louis, and later she was manager of Harper's Clothing Store in St. Louis. She moved to Cape Girardeau five years ago from St. Louis. She was a member of BFKI Jewish Synagogue in St. Louis.
Survivors include three daughters, Beverly Banks of Jackson, Rina Kenkel of St. Peters, Mo., Francine Kuhn of Overland Park, Kan.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside service was held Wednesday at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery in Chesterfield, Mo.
Rindskopf-Roth Funeral Home was in charge of St. Louis arrangements.
Ford and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
