SCOTT CITY, Mo. == Ervin "Daniel" Manne, 67, of Florissant, Mo., formerly of Scott City, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2000, at his home.
He was born Jan. 28, 1933, in St. Louis, son of Army and Josephine Moser Manne. He and Mable Lee "Mick" Poole were married Nov. 22, 1968, in St. Louis.
Manne was a shipping clerk at Christian Board Publications. He was a member of American Legion Post 444 in Florissant.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; four sisters, Lillie Keel of Waxahachie, Texas, Sophie Manne of Carthage, Mo., Gladys Lee and Mary Ann See of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City after 4 p.m. Friday.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jack Owens officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
