CHAFFEE -- Ervin C. Boese, 81, of Chaffee, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1993, at the St. Francis Medical Center. He was born Oct. 2, 1912, at Gordonville, son of Albert and Bertha Borgfield Boese. He married Marcella Hartmann in 1931. She died in 1947. He was a farmer in the area around the Delta and Whitewater communities all his life...
CHAFFEE -- Ervin C. Boese, 81, of Chaffee, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1993, at the St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 2, 1912, at Gordonville, son of Albert and Bertha Borgfield Boese.
He married Marcella Hartmann in 1931. She died in 1947.
He was a farmer in the area around the Delta and Whitewater communities all his life.

Survivors include a son, Danny Boese of Bloomfield, Mo.; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, a son and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday, at the Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel in Jackson, with the Rev. Sam Roethemeyer officiating.
Burial will follow Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
