FARMINGTON, Mo. -- Ernest Marvin Yount, 50, of Farmington died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2000, at Farmington.

He was born Aug. 16, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, son of Milford "Cub" and Olga Jean Cureton Yount.

He was the owner of Southway Motor Express in Farmington, a member of Elks Lodge 1765 in Farmington and a member of the St. Francois Country Club.

He is survived by his parents of Marquand, Mo.; his wife, Robin Yount of Fredericktown, Mo.; a son, Andy Clark of Fredericktown; a daughter, Jenna Yount of Fredericktown; and two brothers, Kelvin and Alan Yount, both of Marquand.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Patton and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Union Light Church near Marquand.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in Union Light Cemetery.
