PERRYVILLE -- Erna W. Preusse, 93, of Perryville, died Wednesday, July 24, 1991, at Perry County Hospital. She was born Aug. 12, 1897, in Perry County, daughter of Henry and Theresa Unseld Scheetz. She married Albert Preusse Oct. 30, 1921. He died May 7, 1954...

PERRYVILLE -- Erna W. Preusse, 93, of Perryville, died Wednesday, July 24, 1991, at Perry County Hospital.

She was born Aug. 12, 1897, in Perry County, daughter of Henry and Theresa Unseld Scheetz. She married Albert Preusse Oct. 30, 1921. He died May 7, 1954.

Preusse was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women's Missionary League, and was a charter member of American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include a sister, Alma Swank of Perryville.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Jeffrey Lloyd will officiate, with burial in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
