ERNA RUBEL

Erna V. Rubel, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Oct. 7, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Dec. 19, 1903, at Egypt Mills, daughter of Leo and Rosena Baker Rubel.

Rubel retired from Southeast Hospital in 1970. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include three nieces, Rosena Willard of Cape Girardeau, Mildred Windeknecht of Scott City, Ann Stratton of Jackson; three nephews, Ervin and Roy Kranawetter of Jackson, and Bob Kranawetter of Gordonville.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, including Alma Froemsdorf who died Sunday.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Church in Egypt Mills. The Rev. Steven MacDougall will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.
