ERMA WILLIFORD

EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Erma Lee Williford, 60, of East Prairie died Saturday, June 2, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Sept. 17, 1940, at East St. Louis, Ill., daughter of John Fines Crisel and Hazel Bain Crisel. She and Bobby Joe Williford were married Dec. 29, 1960. He died Aug. 20, 1998.

She had lived most of her life in East Prairie, where she was a radio dispatcher for the City of East Prairie. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in East Prairie.

Survivors include his mother, of East Prairie; two sons, Mark Mars and John Joe Williford, both of East Prairie; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one son.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Brother Ernest Brown officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
