PUXICO -- Eric Martin, 21, of St. Louis, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 1995, at St. Louis University Hospital.
He was born Dec. 9, 1974, in Stuttgart, Germany, son of Duane and Ok Cha Kim Martin.
Martin had lived in Korea, Puxico and Waynesville, moving to St. Louis a year ago. He was a 1993 graduate of Waynesville High School, was inducted in the National Honor Society in 1992, and was listed in Who's Who of American High School Students from 1989-93.
He was employed at St. Louis University Hospital and at GNC health food stores. He was studying medicine at St. Louis Community College in Forest Park.
Survivors include a son, Seth Martin of Waynesville; his father of Waynesville; his mother, Ok Cha Rossell of Los Angeles, Calif.; a brother, William Martin of Hillsboro; a half sister, Christine Rossell of Los Angeles; paternal grandmother, Vadola Martin of Puxico, and fiancee, Dawn Price of St. Louis.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico after 6 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Green officiating. Burial will be in Rock Point Cemetery near Swinton.
