BERNIE -- Emmaline Morris, 81, of Bernie died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998, at her home.
She was born Feb. 18, 1917, at Tallula, Ill., to Matthew and Chloe Collins Sinclair.
She married George Ray Morris on May 1, 1939, at Benton. He died Nov. 27, 1988.
She was a seamstress at Gossard Garment Factory in Malden for 23 years. She had been a member of the Sugar Tree General Baptist Church and Missionary Alliance Church.
Survivors include two sons, Randall Morris of Bernie and George Morris of Bridgeton; four sisters, Thelma Kren and Laura Walsh, both of Springfield, Ill., Lorna Ray of Bernie and Louise Janet of Tallula; two brothers, John Sinclair of Tallula and Dale Sinclair of Petersburg, Ill.; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A brother preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie.
Services are Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bernie Cemetery.
