Funeral service for Emma Lee Norris of Fremont will be held at 1 p.m. today at Duncan Funeral Chapel in Winona. The Rev. Marvin Richards will officiate, with burial in Horner Cemetery at Winona.
Norris, 68, died Tuesday, March 9, 1993, at her home.
She was born June 23, 1924, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of William B. and Cora L. Hoffman. She and Ernest E. Norris were married Jan. 6, 1951, in Salem, Ark.
Norris attended schools here, and received a bachelor's degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University. She taught school at Festus and Fremont.
She was a member of Fremont Methodist Church and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Gale Turner of Ellington, Janet Norris of the home; a brother, John Hoffman of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Clara Hoffman of Fremont, Calif., and six grandchildren.
