Elza Seabaugh, 83, of Jackson passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 2020, at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 29, 1936, in Bollinger County, Missouri, son of Truman and Ivd Crites Seabaugh. He and Sharon Ervin were married Jan. 1, 1984, and she survives.
Elza worked for Cupples Manufacturing in St. Louis before going to work at Procter & Gamble as a line supervisor, where he retired April 1, 1997, after 24 years.
Loving survivors include his wife of 36 years, Sharon Seabaugh; children, Michael Seabaugh of Jackson and Debra (Jim) Barker of Marble Hill, Missouri; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are seven brothers, Gale, Dale, Milford, Dick and Ronnie Seabaugh, all of Jackson, and Lindell and Donnie Seabaugh of Marble Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Rex and Jerry Seabaugh.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
Memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mike Huffman officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Russell Heights Cemetery.
