MARQUAND -- Elwood Mouser, 80, of Marquand, died Tuesday, March 10, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 3, 1911, at Marquand, son of Charles E. and Alice A. Moyers Mouser.
Mouser was a retired farmer and was an International Harvester salesman at Madison County Implement Co. 30 years. He was a charter member of Mt. View Mission Church.
Survivors include his wife, the former Wanda Cook; four daughters, Shelby Shell of Cape Girardeau, Kay Mouser of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Linda Myers of Zalma, Dee Vitt of Marthasville; two brothers, three sisters, five grandchildren, a great-grandchild, four stepgrandchildren,and three great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Homan Funeral Home in Marquand. The Revs. Willard Snider and Gene Proffer will officiate, with burial in Mouser Cemetery here.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
