PERRYVILLE -- Funeral mass for Elsie M. Huber of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent's Catholic Church. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Friday, and Saturday from 6:30-9:45 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Friday.
Huber, 88, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 1995, at her home.
She was born Aug. 21, 1907, in Belgique, daughter of Peter and Pauline Modde Steinbecker. She and Wallace Huber were married Feb. 25, 1941. He died Oct. 1, 1992.
Huber was a member of St. Vincent's Church and its Ladies Sodality.
Survivors include a son, Stephen Huber of Perryville; two sisters, Clarice Devenyns of Cheyenne, Wyo., Zelma Huber of St. Louis; a brother, Herbert Steinbecker of Perryville, and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
