Elsie M. Beaudean, 102, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Lutheran Home.
She was born June 22, 1918 in Millersville, to Jesse Larkin and Florence Davis Wilkinson. She and John Beaudean were married June 15, 1940. He preceded her in death Oct. 5, 1987.
Elsie was a 1936 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and served on the counting committee and Christian Care, as well as the Trinity Lutheran School PTL.
She was a housewife, above all, and also secretary at Alma Schrader School for many years.
Survivors include one son, Mark (Sally) Beaudean of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, John W. Beaudean Jr. and Joel Beaudean; one sister; and two brothers.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Douglas Breite officiating. Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
A face covering will be required to attend the visitation and funeral.
