Elois Floyd, 58, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, May 9, 2005, at her home.
She was born Oct. 4, 1946, in Flint, Mich., daughter of Woodrow and Ovella Pope Peck. She and Sonny Floyd were married Jan. 17, 1998, at Fenton, Mo.
Floyd lived in the Dexter, Mo., area many years, and moved to Cape Girardeau in 2004 from Fenton. She was a member of Calvary General Baptist Church in Dupo, Ill.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sandra McAdams of Fenton; a son, David Elliott of Kansas City, Mo.; her mother of Fisk; a stepdaughter, Pamela Campbell of Chaffee, Mo.; three sons, Danny Floyd of Fenton, Duane Floyd of Jackson, Stephen Floyd of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Don Peck of Fisk, Wilson Peck of Qulin, Mo.; three sisters, Joyce White of Springfield, Mo., Elaine Wilkerson of Benton, Mo., Pat Peck of Fisk; four grandchildren; a great-grandchild; five stepgrandchildren; and three great-stepgrandchildren.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gale Lambert officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
