BLOOMFIELD -- Elmer Stroud, 41, of Bloomfield died Thursday, June 18, 1998, at the Mingo National Wildlife Refuge near Puxico.
He was born May 28, 1957, at Dexter, son of Leo and Lucille Gossier Stroud.
Stroud was a member of New Haven Baptist Church in Flint, Mich.

Survivors include a friend, Virdie Goode of Bloomfield; and three aunts.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter after 9 a.m. Monday.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Bluff Cemetery in Idalia, with the Rev. Doyle Corlew officiating.
