Elmer Charles Rubel, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2006, at Heartland Care and Rehab. He was born Nov. 17, 1929, at Egypt Mills, son of Sherman William and Hulda Amelia Borchelt Rubel. He was preceded in death by two infant brothers and an infant sister.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery at Egypt Mills.
Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
