CHAFFEE -- Elmer James Trost, 41, of Chaffee, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 25, 1991, at Chaffee, son of Burford Boniface Trost and Adella Ann Kiefer Trost.
He was married to Mary Catherine Smith, who survives of the home.
He was an electrician employed by the Craftsman Independent Union.
He was a member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church, the St. Ambrose Men's Club and the church maintenance committee.
He is also survived by his mother of Chaffee, one son, Matthew Trost of the home; one daughter, Ami Trost of the home; one brother, Arthur Trost of Arnold; three sisters, Delores Nation and Margaret Nation, both of Chaffee, and Virginia Vessels of Chattanooga, Tenn.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee.
Service will be held 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ambrose Church with the Rev. Allan Saunders officiating assisted by the Rev. William Marshall. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
