Ella Yeager

Ella Jean Yeager, 91, of Oak Ridge died Friday, Sept. 18, 2020, at her home.

She was born Sept. 13, 1929, in Sedgewickville, Missouri, to Albert and Dona Hobeck Friese. She and Buford Roscoe Yeager were married March 31, 1962, at Oak Ridge. He preceded her in death Dec. 19, 2007.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Nancy Friese, and many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors in the Oak Ridge and Cape Girardeau County area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Doris Ann Friese; brothers, John Henry, Oda, Luther, Ora and Loy Friese; and sisters, Jane Wille, Minnie Tuschhoff and Mae Zimmerman

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral will follow at noon Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kathleen Moran officiating. Burial will be at New Salem Methodist Cemetery in Daisy.

Memorial contributions may be given to New Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
