Ella Mae Hoeller, 86, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Lutheran Home.
She was born Sept. 15, 1933, in Cape Girardeau to Arthur and Bertha Vasterling Fuhrmann. She and Weldon Hoeller were married July 17, 1959, in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death Feb. 22, 1992.
Ella worked at Children's Bazaar and then at Saint Francis Medical Center for many years.
She was an avid reader.
She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel.
Survivors include her daughters, Cynthia (Vincent) Glueck of Jackson and Deborah Cooper Hoeller of Cape Girardeau; son, Christopher Hoeller of Cape Girardeau; grandchildren, Adam (Cara) Glueck of Cape Girardeau, Travis (Shaya) Glueck of Imperial, Missouri, Jacob Glueck of Cape Girardeau, Tara (Patrick) Chesteen of Millersville and Nathan Gabe (Lisa) Pfeiffer of Pacific Grove, California; great-grandchildren, Zoe Glueck, Emma Glueck, Connor Glueck, Ava Glueck, Barrett Glueck, Ashley Stein, Mercedes Lang, Brody Bruszer, Sydney Bruszer, Colden Pfeiffer and Rocky Pfeiffer; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral will follow at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, with the Rev. Weston Wildauer officiating. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
