Ella Dee Keith, 90, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 28, 1931, in Oak Ridge, daughter of Walter and Freda Barks Martin. She and Donald LeRoy Keith were married in 1950, in Paragould, Arkansas. He passed away Feb. 3, 2004.
Ella Dee was a member of First Baptist Church in Jackson and Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary in Jackson. She was a homemaker in her own home and took pride in caring for her family. Her most prized pocession was her family.
Loving survivors include her son, Dennis (Jeanne) Keith of Jackson; two grandchildren, Kristina (Steve) Hoffman of Smyrna, Georgia, and David (Cathy) Keith, and their children, Kaitlyn, and Olivia, of Jackson; two stepgrandchildren, Melissa (Chad) Craft, and their son, Caleb, of Jackson and Danielle Seabaugh of St. Louis and her son, Austin Seabaugh, of Jackson; two sisters, Shirley Adams of Jackson and Karen Wooly of Orange, California.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, parents, and two sisters, Wanda Schwear and Doris Grebe.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Revs. Troy Richards or Randy Riley officiating. Interment will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to First Baptist Church in Jackson.
