Ella Bell Seabaugh, 88, of 1251 Perryville Road, died Monday, May 6, 1991, at the Cape La Croix Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1902, daughter of Harry Hinton and Carrie Kinder Hinton.
On June 30, 1922, she married Fred Barks at Jackson. He preceded her in death March 1, 1939; On April 28, 1946, she married Norton Seabaugh at Hernando, Miss. He survives.
She was a member of Lynwood Baptist Church.
She was owner and operator of Fred's Cafe for 28 years. She owned the Ella & Norton Cafe a number of years. Prior to the restaurant business. She worked at Buckner-Ragsdale before getting into the restaurant business.
Survivors include a brother, Howard Hinton, of Cape Girardeau; sisters, Vivian Reynolds, of Cape Girardeau, Ruth Conrad, Cape Girardeau, Gladys Billadeau of Seattle, Wash., Maxine Reed, of Scott City and Drucille Picou, of Cape Girardeau.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Audrey Fay Barks, two brothers, and three sisters.
Service will be held Wednesday, at 10 a.m. at Ford and Sons Funeral Chapel, Sprigg St. The Rev. Bill Ellis will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Friends may call Tuesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home on Sprigg St.
