CHARLESTON -- Elizabeth "Sis" Webb, 90, of Charleston, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1994, at her home. She was born Aug. 19, 1904, in Granite City, Ill., daughter of Dr. Ralph E. and Frances Higgins Niedringhaus. Webb had lived here since 1948, and was a retired interior decorator. CHARLESTON -- Elizabeth "Sis" Webb, 90, of Charleston, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1994, at her home.

She was born Aug. 19, 1904, in Granite City, Ill., daughter of Dr. Ralph E. and Frances Higgins Niedringhaus.

Webb had lived here since 1948, and was a retired interior decorator. She was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church.

There are no survivors.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, with the Rev. James Reynolds officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. in Belle Fountain Cemetery at St. Louis.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 9:30 a.m. to service time.
