Elizabeth J. Latham Peters, 45, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Mound City, Ill., died Sunday, May 13, 2012, at her home.
She was born Oct. 20, 1966, in Aurora, Ill., daughter of James Edward Latham and Nancy Jane Pannell Martin.
She was of the Baptist belief.

Survivors include a daughter, Shianne Peters; her mother, Nancy Martin and husband Rodney, all of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Ricky and wife Jodie Latham of Scott City, Michael and wife Becky Latham of Cape Girardeau; other relatives; and many friends.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dennis Clark officiating. Interment will be in Concord Cemetery at Olmsted, Ill.
