Elizabeth Rozella Oldham, 86, of Carrollton, Texas, formerly of Burfordville, found peace and rest in the loving arms of our Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010. She passed away at Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, Texas, from complications due to pneumonia.

After attending college, Elizabeth taught school at Burfordville and later at Hickory Grove. After teaching, she became the librarian on a Bookmobile service provided by Riverside Regional Library. At that time, her husband was hired to drive the Bookmobile. When that service was ended, she continued working at the library until she and her husband retired in 1985.

In 1990, Elizabeth and Earl moved to The Colony, Texas, to be near their only daughter and her family.
