PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Elizabeth Jean Mincher, 78, formerly of Perryville, died Friday, March 4, 2005, at Jefferson Community Health Center in Fairbury, Neb. She was born April 18, 1926, in St. Louis, daughter of Leo and Mildred Taplin Comte. PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Elizabeth Jean Mincher, 78, formerly of Perryville, died Friday, March 4, 2005, at Jefferson Community Health Center in Fairbury, Neb.

She was born April 18, 1926, in St. Louis, daughter of Leo and Mildred Taplin Comte.

Survivors include a daughter, Carole Bender of Steele City, Neb.; a brother, John Comte; and two sisters, Yvonne Koarnes and Cathy Schumer.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 to 10:50 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
