Betz, 69, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 1994, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

Survivors include her husband, Lee; two sons, Keith Betz of Taylor, Mich., Kellen Betz of Clearwater, Fla.; a brother, Eugene Howe of Shelby Township, Mich., and two granddaughters.
