ELIZABETH F. BROWN

ULLIN, Ill. -- Elizabeth F. Brown, 88, of Ullin died Sunday, Oct. 13, 1996, at her home.

She was born March 26, 1908, in Pulaski, the daughter of George W. and Lillie Mae Kiefer Rife. She was married to Cecil Brown, who preceded her in death on March 6, 1968.

Brown was a member of the Pulaski Christian Church, Caledonia Chapter 587 of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Royal Neighbors of America.

Survivors include a daughter, Judy Atherton of Ullin; a brother, William Rife of Cape Girardeau; and two grandsons; and three great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by a son, four brothers and a grandson.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home in Ullin.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. F.M. Speakman officiating. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery near Dongola.
