Edna Mae Ramsey, 88, of Scott City died Monday, Dec. 5, 2022, at her home.
She was born March 25, 1934, in Grove Center, Kentucky, to William Marion and Mary Eva Isabelle Brock Biggs. She married James Walter "Num" Ramsey on May 24, 1952. He preceded her in death March 29, 1997.
Edna was a member of Assembly of God Church in Scott City.
She is survived by a son, James Eddie (Verna) Ramsey of Jefferson City; three daughters, Betty (Dennis) Henson of Whitewater and Donna Holshouser and Margie Fowler of Scott City; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Jack and Jerry "Moe" Ramsey; her parents; eight brothers; and four sisters.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral will be a 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
