SCOTT CITY -- Edna R. Younghouse, 91, of Scott City, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1993, at Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.
She was born Aug. 1, 1902, at Acorn Ridge, daughter of Charles Morton and Elizabeth Buchanan Rough. She and Earl Charley Younghouse were married Dec. 18, 1942. He died July 7, 1972.
Younghouse was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church in Scott City, and St. Mark Chapter 167 Order of Eastern Star in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a stepson. E.C. Younghouse of Cape Girardeau, and three stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. The Rev. Eloise Marx will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today. An Eastern Star service will be held at 7:30.
