SCOTT CITY -- Edna Romaltia Horn, 90, of Scott City, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 8, 1904, in Lilbourn, daughter of Robert T. and Mary Hellen Nelson Hammell. She and Emerson Bryan Horn were married Oct. 2, 1922, in Lilbourn. He died April 15, 1975.
Horn had worked at Lowenbaum Manufacturing Co. in Cape Girardeau. During World War II she worked at Small Arms Munitions Co. in St. Louis.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Lilbourn, but attended Illmo United Methodist Church in Scott City. She was a member of St. Mark's Chapter 167 Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include a son, Richard Horn of Carson City, Nev.; three daughters, Helen Gilbert and Colleen Russell of Memphis, Tenn., Norma Henshaw of Cape Girardeau; a half sister, Alice Bame of Carbondale, Ill.; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City after 5 p.m. today. An Eastern Star service will be held at 6.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. William Dickey officiating.
