DAISY -- Edna Mae Barks, 91, of Daisy, died Monday, Sept. 13, 1993, at Jackson Manor.
She was born Sept. 17, 1901, at Patton, daughter of Henry and Emma Steakley Hahn. She and Roy Barks were married March 18, 1928. He died Jan. 1, 1975.
Barks was a member of Whitewater Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Ray Barks of Cupertino, Calif., Larry Barks of Annandale, Va.; two daughters, Lois LaBruyere of Jackson, Emma Cannon of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Annie Fadler of Patton; 22 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by three sons, a daughter and three brothers.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel in Jackson. The Rev. Stan Martin will officiate, with burial in Whitewater Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
