EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Edna Lillian Bailey of East Prairie will be held at 1 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. James Bolden will officiate, with burial in East Prairie Memorial Park.

Bailey, 72, died Monday, May 11, 1992, at her home, following an extended illness.

She was born Oct. 2, 1919, at Wyatt, daughter of Ordie W. and Esther M. Bryars Dickerson. She married Bedford Patrick Bailey Nov. 19, 1951.

Bailey was a retired seamstress.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, James Bailey of East Prairie, Steve Bailey of Sikeston; three sisters, Ida Krauss, Martha Housman and Ruth Warren of East Prairie, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five brothers.
