EDNA B. CONRAD

PERRYVILLE -- Edna B. Conrad, 91, formerly of Perryville died Friday, Feb. 26, 1993, at the Fountainbleu Lodge in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 14, 1901, in Bollinger County, the daughter of L.B. and Mary C. Wills Shrum. On Sept. 15, 1921, she married Herbert Conrad, who preceded her in death Feb. 22, 1968.

She was a member of the Crossroads Methodist Church, near Perryville, the Women's Society, and the American Legion Post #133 in Perryville.

Survivors include a son, Perry Conrad of Perryville; a daughter, Dorothy Johnson, of Perryville; a brother, P.L. Shrum of Marble Hill; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Three sisters also preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 6:30 a.m. until noon today at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville, where funeral service will be at 3 p.m. today. The Rev. Howard Hardeman will officiate, and burial will be in the Crossroads Methodist Cemetery in Crossroads.
