MALDEN -- Edith Artance Nettleton, 82, of Malden died Monday April 21, 1997, at her home.
She was born March 16, 1915, at Vanduser, daughter of August Jesse and Gertrude Orange Tuck Sittner. On April 7, 1934, she married George Nettleton in Risco. He preceded her in death on March 15, 1985.
She was a homemaker. She belonged to the Stokelan Drive Christian Church and the OES Carnation Chapter #141.
Survivors include: three daughters, Colleen Gregory and Patsy Stokes of Malden, and JoAnn Brawley of Albuquerque, N.M.; two sons, George Gaylin Nettleton of Hayti and Clarence Nettleton of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Lucille Newson of Dexter and Irene Rhoades of Lockport, Ill.; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. One daughter and three brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Randy Moore officiating and the Rev. David Huck assisting. Interment will be in Memorial Park in Malden.
